only in the area of Luzon
nothing too expensive (limited budget)

A return ticket flights to Cebu would cost less than saving it instead of here.
Hotels @ Clean Start at 1200p. Beaches easily reached by taxi.
Baguio City! The coolest city ever! Only a short bus ride from Manila. Enjoy your holiday.
Try to Baguio ... the least expensive room rental (3 days and 2 nights) and travel (1000) with the bus ...
I do not recommend you corrupt countries, go dirty! If you do not want to get lice and bedbugs! Somewhere else to go !!!!!!!!!
